#81 Separate IDE interfaces and IDE devices

Make the IDE interface and the IDE devices attached to it separate
entities. Basically this would make the ide interface just another
extension with one or more IDE devices (harddisk/cd-roms/CF)
attached to it. All should be configured on separate levels (interface
with its own xml file, and devices too?). The IDE devices should be
treated like other media types (like disks, roms, cassettes, ...).
Of course this can also be used for SCSI system :)
