Hi
I am going to use OpenMPS to calculate the dynamics of a fermionic system (with U(1) symmetry) in a 1D floquet model.
I have two questions:
1) Does OpenMPS support simulation of real-time dynamics for an infite chain using iTEBD ?
2) If yes, how can I construct U(1) symmetric iMPS in OpenMPS?
Thanks in advance

unfortunately, the answer to both questions is no at this point. We do not have symmetries for our iMPS ground states and we cannot evolve infinite systems in real time. We keep in mind that questions about this feature come up from time to time, but we focus with our resources at tools supporting quantum simulator settings. If you would like to implement and contribute such features for infinite systems, feel free to reach out to us.
Best regards,
Daniel
