#3 OpenMOZ as module to PHPGroupware!

Hi!

It's been a while since I have time to check in what's happening
here. I don't seem to have missed much.
So I would suggest maybe to scale this project down a bit for start
and implement it on lower level (as a proof of concept).

What do you think of doing it as a PhpGroupware Module?
Not heaving all of the DMOZ features but just start from building
of user acconts and directory/database relaying on existing
phpGroupware code.

This way project will get more attention (support/developers)
and will also be inplemented from the user level up
(grassroot) and not top down (it is hard to do DMOZ like service
as a first milestone).
