[Openmovieeditor-users] tagging video question

I reached a point where I can create title clip, add clip made with 
Cheese (webcam) and converted to h.264 format, and now ready to try 
creating large file video.  I'd like to add artist, title, year, and 
comment (cclicense info).  How do I do that?
