Same as patch 705847, modified to apply to 2.4.21-1

Due to signed 32-bit wraparound, /proc/hpc/nodes/*/*mem
reports negative values when available RAM exceeds 2GB.
This patch declares the relevant vars as uint64_t when
CONFIG_HIGHMEM is defined. Diff against openMosix-2.4.21-1.
