#24 JDBC Migration Queue Status for "Removed"

Right now, a Solr migration sets objects to the "23" status if they are either ignored or if they are removed per the "attrsCausingRemoval". It would be nice to log a separate message for ones that are removed so that just looking at the migration queue table you would know what actually happened to the node
