#36 excel-to-alfresco can't map each document to its own target

In v1.6 excel-to-alfresco sample, can't map each individual spreadsheet row to its own target (om_folder). Causes an error. Added the column om_folder:type=text and removed reference to hard coded target in config-detail.xml

Receive an error message:

com.tsgrp.migration.error.MigrationNonfatalException: Error while executing callback: org.alfresco.service.namespace.InvalidQNameException: QName '{http://www.alfresco.org/model/content/1.0}' must consist of a local name
