[Openmed-announce] Version 0.98 released

We have released version 0.98 of OpenEMed with significant enhancements to 
the RAD server
and to the security infrastructure.   It has been updated to work with 
JDK1.4.0, Orbacus 4.1.X,
and Adiron OrbasecSL3 3.4.1alpha as well as JFSSL 2.1.0.

Please let me know if you encounter any problems.
