#1665 FMT to alliance

I can't accept FMT.

Error
Your alliance may not have more than one FMT while
being a member of a group.

But I am not in any Group. well, I was, but I left that
group so i can accept FMT. Now Group shows I am now
with any alliance, I can't offer MAP, yet I still can't
accept the FMT.
