#1663 ship with Noob turns showing up red.

A ship that was blue (noobs) was parked in a sector. I
was sitting one away from it and nothing shows on your
scanner. When someone entered the sector with the
nOOB ship a blue dot and a red dot would appear. once
Blue alliance member left that sector red dot would
disappear.
