#1656 All forces gone after one hit

I installed 25/25 in sector and switch to repulsive. then
these forces were hitted by enemy.

here is report:
Forces 25/25/1 belonging to The Bozena of Nemesi
Traders Attack
demonic_power of Werwolf Pack in a Hauler
=> 3 Mines hit 30 Shields
=> 2 Mines detonate 10 Shields
== Deploying 25 Drones
=> 19 Combat Drones hit 18 Shields

and now there arent any forces in that sector, all gone.
There werent any other forces and i have got only thet
one BR.
