#26 Strong name signing of assemblies.

My organization signs our .net assemblies with strong names (SNK files) as a result, I must also sign your assemblies to consume them from my own. I have done this for my project but perhaps adding this to your standard distributed build will be useful for others and save them the trouble of signing the assemblies. Your use of friend assemblies for unit testing and the Extensions assembly complicates this further (but it is possible to work around it.
