Vat apparently doesn't support full-duplex audio in
windows (so I've been told). I'm reporting this on
behalf of others who have sent mail to me and/or an
openmash mailing list.

rat supports full duplex on Windows, so we have no excuse.
The UCL and Mash audio code for Windows is pretty similar.
I'll take a look at it.
