#101 nsdr doesn't understand SAPs with pl typ
NSDR doesn't seem to be able to receive an announcement with optional payload type field. This(optional payload type) is clearly specified in the RFC 2974. Once I removed that from my announcement, nsdr was able to see the announcement.
Also nsdr isn't able to handle announcements coming from the same machine. It thinks that they are the same announcement and possibly ignores the latter one. Again RFC 2974 clearly states that announcements must be identified by the pair originating ip address and message id hash. Now, I'm not sure which version of SAP Openmash follows but seems like a bug or short coming to me.
