Hi David,

The LTE_fdd_enodeb and LTE_fdd_dl_scan applications both write pcap files
out (/tmp/LTE_fdd_enodeb.pcap and /tmp/LTE_fdd_enodeb_ip.pcap for
LTE_fdd_enodeb and /tmp/LTE_fdd_dl_scan.pcap for LTE_fdd_dl_scan), but they
do not currently support live sending messages to localhost.
