[Openlte-discuss] Version 00.05 is available

I am pleased to announce that V00.05 has just been released.  This
version fixes some bugs in both the C and octave code.  It also adds
PDSCH reception for SIB1 decoding (including turbo decoding) to
the C code.

Any user feedback is always welcome.
