Hello!Ben, what kind of rtlsdr do you use in the project? i used the R820t dongle ,but i am puzzle that the LTE works at frequencyes above 1.8GHz,the R820t can only get frequency between 24MHz and 1766MHz,how can it get the LTE signal ,or which frequency range can it get ,it only can get the PBCH? maybe the R820t dongle is not fit in the LTE-FDD-DL-SCAN test? very expecting your reply, thank you .

      I have this:
      http://www.amazon.com/SDR-Starter-Bundle-64MHz-1700MHz-EMI-Protected/dp/B008V5NGDY/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

I have only tried this in band 17 (700MHz), band 13 (700MHz), and band 4
(1700MHz), so I can only speak to it's performance in these bands.
Regardless of band, with any rtlsdr dongle, LTE_fdd_dl_scan will only
decode the PBCH (MIB) unless the system bandwidth is 1.4MHz. If you would
like to observe more than PBCH, you will need to move to one of the other
supported hardware types (hackRF, bladeRF, Ettus B200/B210, Ettus N series,
      or Ettus X series).

      Hope this helps,
      Ben
