Our radio and software engineers need help with fine tuning of our parsing
tools applied to parts of the non-payload channels of the LTE spectrum.
Specifically we need help from someone:
1) familiar with OpenLTE who has built eNodeB
2) has extensive knowledge of the MAC and PHY layers and
3) experience with uplink channels
