I am wondering if the latest version of OpenLTE handles the UEInfromationRequest and UEInformationResponse messages.

These 02 messages are related to the reporting of hte radio link failure information to the enodeB cell that has experienced the UE radio link failure, right? What is your lab setup? can you share us why you need them?

Code exists currently that supports packing/unpacking UE information request but not for UE information response. However, this is not currently used in the eNodeB.
