running [X] = lte_fdd_dl_transmit(1.4,4,1,1,2,1,1,1,1,1)
gives error : index exceeds matrix dimensions on line 704, col 67; call from line 253 col 28
size(X,2) should be 4x72=288 but index goes to 289.
