When I run the command "sudo apt-get install pcscd pcsc-tools libccid libpcsclite-dev" I get the following error

Could someone please help me to build the required dependencies? Alternatively, is there any SIM writing tool freely available for windows?
Edit:- Sorry, my bad. Once I did apt-get update, it worked.
