I've enabled pcap file recording but still getting empty file.
I have enable_pcap = 1 but can't see any data getting
into the pcap file during runtime. Also, if I stop enodeb the pcap
file remains emtpy.
I've seen the same issue thread regarding pcap file that suggested restarting
the enodeb but it didn't help in my case.
Any ideas?
I can see the Test PLMN network on my phone and I want to see why it
gets rejected.
