I am trying to send a paging message with OpenLTE. I could pack a RRC layer paging message. But, I am not sure from which layer (my hunch is PHY layer) I should schedule it to send through PDSCH/PCCH/PCH channel. I would appreciate if someone could give me some pointer regarding this, e.g., which files I should look into or which portion of the implementation I can follow.
