Thanks for your supporting.I am using LTE_FDD_DL_SCAN application to decode the eNodeB stack downlink channel.Able to decode the MIB,SIBs except SIB2.SIB2 Decode fails dueto bit error rate in dlsch_channel_decode function in liblte_phy.cc.
The eNodeB details are B.W=10MHZ,DL_EARFCN=300.The SIB1 PDSCH channel allocation details are Subframe number=5,MCS=6,TBS=176,N_PRB=2,CFI=1.The SIB2 PDSCH channel allocation details are Subframe number=0,MCS=7,TBS=224,N_PRB=2,CFI=1.
Kindly suggest how to decode SIB2.
Thanks and Regards,
Sathish

Is the SIB2 scheduled by DCI format 1C or 1A?
The SIB2 Scheduled by DCI format 1A.
Seems like the Turbo decoder fail due to low SINR, as MCS of SIB2 is larger than that of SIB1
Note that the current Turbo decoder only works in high SINR scenarios, you can try my improved decoder as mentioned in:
https://sourceforge.net/p/openlte/discussion/general/thread/e023e4ea/
together with the QPSK soft-demodulator in:
https://sourceforge.net/p/openlte/discussion/general/thread/715d79f1/
If this again fail to decode, we may need to investigate the protocol bugs.
