A first application is published to show you some features the Openlib will have

These postfixes will be used for published files:
D: Documentation
X: experimental = only an example of what could be done
Y: Implemenation = Implementation of functions. These functions probably will appear in a final version but the interfaces might be changed.
RC: Releasecandidate= Implementation of functions. These functions are very likely to be implemented in a final Version. Only minor Changes might appear.
F: Final Version = Ready for use

Hi,
I know, I promised to be more active but I was and will be very busy some month. But nevertheless I was able to create a small demonstration application to give you a first an very limited glance on what open library could be. The Application is written in C# (as this is my favorite at this time). If you want to port it to another language feel free to do so. It isn't using any type of XML yet (this is planned for the next Demo) and can only use one type (A person and some of its attributes) at this time. So only a small demo as I said. The main application is ready only the interactive part (like defining new affinities) is missing. I hope to be able to get it done until next week.

I'm still living but currently I'm busy with university and getting used to all sorts of XML based "Filetypes". At this time a have some ideas but nothing that is worth publishing. But as always you're invited to discuss or sending a mail to me.
Oh and I'm still searching a translator for german to english :).

back from holidays, I've decieded that I need a translator, because my english is just to bad. So if you're willing don't hesitate to contact me. As I mentioned I tried to get into XML and so on but twwo weeks arn't enough. Especially when you have to work or do your work for the university. So I'll have to keep on reading some time. I've you wish to discuss things or even make decissions, please contact me.

I've added some Info to the General Document. As I said I know my englsih is bad so if some one wants to correct my textt you're welcome to do so. As well I know that I have to check some features of XML and implement them in the specification. I'll do so during the next two weeks (holidays :) ). But I'm still waiting for your comments and ideas. Make your knowledge public cause that's what it's all about

A first document concerning the overall structure of this project is now online and available through the Docs menu. It it's not complete yet and the english is very bad for sure but i'd like to hear your comments about it, so post in the forum or write an e-mail.
I expect to get more information step by step in this document during the next few weeks, so check back.
