#1 Missing / Corrupt FIle

I live in North America, thus I downloaded Quest
Designer off of a North American host. I unzipped it,
then tried to run it, but it said that I was missing
d3dx9_24.dll. It also said that there was an error
loading GraphicsD3D9.dll. Did I download it off of a
bad host? Should I try again on a different one? If
not, where can I get d3dx9.dll and a working
GraphicsD3D9.dll?

You need to download the latest version of DirectX, as it
includes d3dx9_24.dll
