#2 Move to top, move to bottom bug

Version 8.5beta file: 1.0.0.8

KOH:
When ever I try to move something to top or bottom it
don't work properly. Sometimes it moves it to a new
layer but once it's moved it won't move back. I have
not tried saving it but try fooling around with the
move to top, and move to bottom. I used the right
clicking method for the object to move it. I'm sure you
haven't worked on it much but I still like to point it out.
