pro: general 'item' or 'good' class for parts, service and assembly 
would be great for non redundant code (inheritance). Just the 
differences to 'item' should build into own parts, service and 
assembly classes.
The same with persons like customer, vendor, user, employee. All of 
them got a Name, Address, Phone ...

con: No cons, i think.
