#1 improvement delta import

I work for LogicaCMG NL, and am evaluating the
OpenLDAP MA. We plan to use it for a large migration
from OpenLDAP to ADAM, about 300,000 objects.

A real problem is the delta-import performance. I have
read the documents and the code, and understand the
issues.

In our particular case we have relatively few deletes,
so the performance of detecting deletes is not too
important. We do need detection of adds and mods to be
as fast as possible.

I have put in a switch that will ignore delete
detection. The big performance gain is that there is
no longer an expensive LDAP query to list all objects
in the partition. The downside is that I need to do a
full import once in a while to detect deletes.
