#39 Product system parameters

At the moment the Parameters tab in a product system doesn't seem to be connected to anything. If that is the case, how about pulling process-level parameters through and showing them here? They could be labeled as global or local, with local parameters identifying the process that they are used in. Even better would be a tool to create scenarios with different values for each parameter. I'm not sure what the best way to incorporate scenarios into the analysis result would be. At the least the results for each scenario could be calculated and shown in a series of tabs. It would also be useful to export all of the results in one large excel file to allow for analysis using pivot tables.
