#42 Ecospold export missing many mandatory attributes

Found on v 1.2.4

When OpenLCA exports an Ecospold file, it is not compliant with the standard. Many required attributes are missing. These include but are not limited to:
"version" "internalVersion" "energyValues" "languageCode" and "localLanguageCode" in <dataSetInformation>
"datasetRelatesToProduct" "category" "subcategory" "localCategory" "localSubCategory" and "localName" in <referenceFunction>
"sourceType" and "placeOfPublications" in <source>
"dataValidForEntirePeriod" in <timePeriod>

These missing fields can be checked by comparing an exported Ecospold process to the Ecospold 1 schema.

While this does not prevent re-import into OpenLCA, it does prevent use in other tools such as the Excel EcospoldAccess tool.
