#6 Library Include Statements

Need to add OpenLang library support, which includes
define/include statements for external library files.
Once object orientation is complete, these should be
easy to write and extend the language for those people
who do not like or know scheme. Should provide
developers a way of extending the language in a more
familiar C++/Java enviroment.

This is a low priority right now.
