#3 Input/Output (IO)

Need to figure out how to do something along the lines
of stdin. We need the ability for keyboard input
otherwise the only programs that can be run are
predetermined programs. Also need to extend the support
of opening files and reading from them. Perhaps a
common object interface for such past scheme's interface.
