getTimeZone(java.lang.String)' is not found in type 'TimeZone'

I am importing java.util.TimeZone in environment table in OpenL and I get an error when I use the TimeZone.getTimeZone method in the Method table . OpenL is not identifying the getTimeZone method as the static method of TimeZone class
