#36 Add comment conference to individual texts

It should be possible to specify an alternate comment
conference for any text, that overrides the
conference's own setting. For example, if I write a
text in a conference for trading stuff, I might want
all comments to go to me personally. While writing the
text I then specify a ! command stating which
conference (or, in this case, my mailbox) I want
comments to end up in.
