#60 .tga crashes

This may have been reported but I wanted to make sure.

This pertains to version 1.2 of Character Creator (as
downloaded from the Vault) while using the Community
Expansion Pack (CEP) version 1.0.

There are several .tga files missing from the Feats
section.

To recreate:
1) add the CEP HAK files to the Settings page.
2) begin creating a character, up to the "Packages"
button.
3) if you select a preconfigured package (I tested
with "Weapons Master (Katana)"), it will function
properly.
4) if you select "Configure Packages", it will crash out
with a missing *.tga error.
