#57 Spells are not selectable when creating a Cleric

Details:  
Create a new character using Cleric as the class. Once in the
Packages section, hit Configure Packages, then Recommend for the
feats. Manually pick your feats. General school of magic. Once in
the spells window selection, there are no spells to pick from. Thus
you must pick Recommend just to get the OK button to enable and
move forward. If spells are not ment to be an option for Cleric,
then the user should not get the window and feats should be the
last one they see in this selection stage.

This bug was huge. Had to rewrite the whole backend of the
customization selection stuff. It's dead now, this will be in RC 1 of
1.11.
