Details:
Create a new character, and once you get to abilities, hit
recommend then the OK button. Open abilities up again, then hit
cancel. It clears out all the previously OK'd abilities. Cancel should
not change anything that was previously OK'd.

This is required behavior. All the windows act like this. If you open
the window again, all data you have already put into it is erased,
to make sure no data is corrupted, and all data is present. Closing
this bug.

This is a design flaw. Cancel should never blow out any previously
entered data to a window. This would require the user to reinput
all data each and every time they reopened a window. Standard
behavior of cancel should blow out any currently entered data and
retain what was previously there.
If you feel this should be standard behavior of the CC then the user
needs to be made aware via a readme update or a warning window
in the application that all the data in that window will be cleared
out if they hit cancel.
