#49 packages "Recommended" doesnt mark a selected choice
Details: Submitted under v1.1
When clicking on "Recommended" in the packages window, the
blue box around the selection doesnt appear on any of the choices.
The blue box should appear around "Default Barbarian"

The current design of the Packages menu doesn't really allow this
to be done easily. The various package buttons are not stored in a
way that we can call setSelected on the appropriate button. The
design should be altered at a later date to add each package button
to an array of buttons that can be used along with the package
index in packagemap to setSelected the appropriate button.

Also note that this bug is true of ALL the menus with a
recommended button.

Packages are pretty easy to fix this with - Recommended is always
the first choice. That doesn't mean this will be easy to fix with the
other menus. Have to check.
