OpenJNLP v0.3 Released

OpenJNLP has undergone a major user-interface overhaul. With this new user interface, OpenJNLP can now be considered a useful application that makes it easy to launch and relaunch JNLP-based apps.

OpenJNLP has also undergone some structural changes, separating the JNLP parsing/launching code from the application and GUI.
