Hi,

I'm trying to use OpenJNLP, but I can't get it to run any apps.  I get 
the following (I tried a few different apps):

OpenJNLP v0.7.1
java.lang.NullPointerException
    at java.io.File<init>(Unknown Source)
    at org.nanode.launcher.Launcher.updateLauncher(Unknown Source)
   ...

I got the source and tried to debug this, but didn't make much progress. 
  Any ideas?
