[Openjnlp-devel] Applet launching added to OpenJNLP

I've just committed code to cvs that gives OpenJNLP the ability to 
launch applets that are described by JNLP files using <applet-desc>. 
Everything seems to work, including audio.

I don't know where any JNLP applets exist in the wild, though, so I 
don't know how important this is. Yet, anyway.
