On Mac OS X, if a jnlp file is double-clicked to launch OpenJNLP it will launch OpenJNLP but the document will not be opened.
If OpenJNLP is already running it will work fine.

This is a race condition on Mac OS X, not an OpenJNLP issue. OpenJNLP will need to be updated when a fix is made available from Apple.
