#3 vxml app hangs up before competion

f the voice browser terminates the processing of the tags (that means
initiated the last processing step) it asks the external resources if they
are busy. If this is the case, it waits for an event that the status might
have changed (e.g. speakable ended). Then again the isBusy is checked. This
is repeated until isBusy returns false. For the MRCP implementation platform
this is the case on the first attempt since it is hardcoded.
