The main problem with this is the granularity of the I/O handling. PIUIO handles an average of 70 operations a second on an r2 cabinet (and falls under that sometimes), which means that in the best case, the timing window can't fall below 0.015 (compare with the Fantastic window, 0.0215, and the Excellent window, 0.043). I guess we could give it a shot, but some machines couldn't be able to do it properly. Do you have any suggestions to fix that?

the main purpose would be in my opinion not anything score related, but pure training-effect. so i see two ways of doing it:
1) creating a complete new timingwindow ON TOP of the existing ones, something like 17 ms, which is called "FantasticCentre", all the other timingwindows stay the same, except that there is now for the "old" Fantastic window two new graphics that say either -Fantastic or Fantastic-
2) same thing as above, but instead of creating a new timingwindow on top, we just sacrifice the worst one (way off), and move the others 1up. rest is the same.
The above gets only applied if the modifier is turned on in the modifier menu.
maybe this 17ms value could be again specified in a players profile setting?
