#11 Re-add support for /graphics/banner abc?

This is something I noticed when messing with a theme:

The "banner abc" image in the Graphics folder of a theme does nothing. I mean, when the songs are listed in the ABC sort, instead of it is showed the "common fallback banner" image.
I checked in the source, and the support was already removed in the normal 3.95

Is there any way to add it again in OpenITG?

If so, why is "banner abc.png" included in the default theme?
