Well, there is a 'Bundle::OpenInteract' you can use from your CPAN shell
or via the command line:
$ perl -MCPAN -e 'install Bundle::OpenInteract'
This should install all the necessary modules for you.

You probably need to install the Template Toolkit, which is available
via CPAN as well.
