The current version of OI uses Archive::Tar and Compress::Zlib for
archiving and compression. If you do the following as root:
# perl -MCPAN -e shell
cpan> install Bundle::CPAN
Then these will be installed for you. You might need to install the
packages for the zlib library -- I'm not sure if these are included by
default in most distribution installs.
