[Openinteract-help] Trouble creating package skeleton?

   Hi list.
   I just installed a copy of OI

Module  OpenInteract (C/CW/CWINTERS/OpenInteract-1.62.tar.gz)

   and when I try to follow the tutorial at

http://www.openinteract.org/docs/developer.shtml

   I simply don't get trought this message:

Log4perl: Seems like no initialization happened. Forgot to call init()?
Cannot create object without existing file or 'new' permission 
[/home/champs/src/oi/conf/package_repository.perl] [write]

   I've googled for this message, and don't find anything interesting.
   Also cant' find any tips at the FAQ (did I missed something?).

   If somebuddy could (please) gimme a tip, I would thank him/her very much.
