well, I have had no luck.

I tried reinstalling the whole thing and now get a whole bunch of
errors with INITIAL install_sql

 Structure:
        * create_structure for mysql: no action taken
      Data:
        * Error: Cannot create SPOPS object!
      Basic: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Duplicate entry

A lot of these...
